Anecdotal:  at an HNA celebration event - The CNS convert: (Lung) CNS described her experience of starting to use the HNA tool.

She had been a CNS for many years, and wasn’t entirely convinced how the HNA tool could help her.  On one occasion she was with a patient who was struggling with a few aspects of their life.  She decided to try the tool, and found that it enabled her to have a completely different conversation with her patient.  She felt that she had been empowered, and that she had supported the patient in a way not previously able to do.
