The Fundraising role profile has a marked difference in shape reflecting the very different level of engagement from the Fundraising Team about the Recovery Package. This is to be expected due to the work of the Fundraising Team but does, in itself, highlight the need for Fundraisers to be provided with information to maximise their contribution to implementation.
